Shin Jo Sui (Mind Like Water) Retreat
Saratoga Springs Retreat Center, Upper Lake, CA
This retreat, Mind Like Water, promises to be very special. It will be an opportunity to slow the relentless pace at which our minds usually move through life and death and appreciate our true existence, our selves and each other in a beautiful setting in Northern California. The mind of water is buoyant and free. It’s potential is unlimited. Please join us in practicing the freedom of the deep water of the way.
This retreat will be the annual gathering for Lost Coin students from all over the world, but is also open to anyone who wishes to explore and deepen their own life experience. The Sin Jo Sui Retreat promises to be joyous and profound. We look forward to seeing you there!
The retreat will be $400.00 if participants register and pay prior to April 15th.*
The retreat fee will be $450.00 if participants register or pay after April 15th.*

Lodging is to be arranged through Rebecca Long Okura at contact@lostcoinzen.com or 1-800-731-5061. Please do not call the retreat center itself as it will be unable to help you arrange your accommodations. Various arrangements for accommodations are available and include multi-bedroom cabins that provide some private bedrooms, dorm-room style rooms in the Lodge, and private single-room cabins that require bathing in main lodge. All lodging is for the same price and we will fill rooms on a first come first serve basis. Please email or call Rebecca Long Okura to discuss room options.
If staying on the premises, accommodations and meals are a package for a total of $115.00 per night, including all taxes, fees and gratuity. If the participant is camping nearby, he or she may sign up for the food service alone. Food service for participants not staying on the premises is $44.00 per day including all taxes, fees, and gratuity.
The meals promise to be wonderful! A private chef will be preparing a menu with three hot meals per day (beginning with lunch on August 13th). Snacks and beverage service will be provided throughout the retreat. The last meal served will be breakfast on August 18th. Please let Rebecca Long Okura know if you will be staying off-premises but would like food service. Also let Rebecca know if you have any particular dietary restrictions.
Participants are welcome to arrive on August 12th for an additional $71.00 for lodging that night, including taxes and fees. Food service will not begin until lunch on August 13th. However, there will be coffee/tea, toasters and microwave available prior to lunch on August 13th.
